How to activate your license

Online activation (typical)

  1. Open Settings → License on the mirror.
  2. Enter license key from your purchase email.
  3. Tap Activate — device posts a hardware fingerprint hash (no raw serials) to the license server.
  4. On success, restricted modules unlock immediately.

💡 Tip: Snapshot your order ID in a password manager — recovery flows ask for it.

Offline / air-gap

  1. Generate a challenge file in Settings → License → Offline.
  2. Copy to USB, walk to an online machine, upload to the Anakatech license portal (URL on receipt).
  3. Download response file, import back on the Pi.

Transfer

Deactivate old mirror before activating a replacement — two concurrent activations may violate EULA unless seats purchased.

⚠️ Warning: Key sharing publicly will get keys revoked — do not post screenshots of full keys on Discord.

Troubleshooting

429 / rate limited
Wait 15 minutes — repeated failed attempts trigger backoff.
