Installing on iPhone

Steps

Open the App Store and search M2C2 (or follow the link from Community → Marketplace).
Tap Get / Install.
Launch the app — grant Local Network access when iOS prompts (required to discover the Pi).
Tap Pair new mirror — scan the QR code from the mirror’s Settings → Mobile screen or enter http://<pi-ip>:<port> manually.
Confirm the fingerprint / pairing code matches the TV screen.

💡 Tip: Add the mirror to a DHCP reservation so the IP does not change after router reboots.

“Mirror not found”
Phone on guest Wi‑Fi — move to main LAN; disable VPN; confirm mDNS (http://m2c2-kitchen.local:PORT).

Pairing spins forever
Firewall on Pi blocking companion port — open the documented TCP port in ufw / router ACLs.
